Home tours

Once we've identified a few homes that you're interested in, we'll schedule home tours. I'll point out the pros and cons of each property and answer any questions you have. I'll also help you negotiate the best possible price.

 

Offer writing

When you've found the perfect home, I'll help you write an offer that will be accepted. I'll do my research to make sure your offer is competitive, and I'll negotiate with the seller's agent on your behalf.

 

Closing

Once your offer has been accepted, I'll stay with you through the closing process. I'll make sure all the paperwork is in order and that you understand all the terms of the sale. I'll also be there to answer any questions you have.

 

After the closing

​

I don't just disappear after the closing. I'm here to help you with anything you need after you've moved into your new home. I can recommend contractors, help you with repairs, and even just be a friendly ear to listen to your stories.
